Fine Motor
Skills
Using hands and fingers for tasks such as drawing, writing, cutting, buttoning, and using cutlery.
Gross Motor Skills
Involve the use of large muscles from to perform movements such as walking, jumping and climbing and essential for balance and coordination skills.
Emotional Regulation
Recognising, understanding, and managing big feelings, as well as coping with changes, transitions, and everyday challenges.
Self-Advocacy Skills
Expressing needs, preferences, and boundaries, asking for help, and communicating what feels comfortable or uncomfortable.
Sensory Processing
Managing and responding to sensory experiences in a way that supports their daily functioning through implementing tailored strategies & accommodations
Self-Care
Skills
Building skills for everyday routines such as dressing, toileting, feeding, hygiene, and increasing independence across daily tasks.
School Readiness
Developing the foundational skills needed to participate in classroom routines, play-based learning, group activities, and transitions.
Social
Skills
Building skills to connect with peers and adults, including turn-taking, shared play, understanding social cues, and maintaining relationships.
Executive Functioning
This incorporates cognitive processing that support individuals to plan, organise and execute a task and may involve skills such as working memory, attention, problem-solving skills, impulse control and regulation.

Our 1:1 Mobile Therapy sessions are tailored to your child’s specific goals. Using evidence-based approaches and strategies, we support your child to reach their full potential and lead a meaningful life.
Parent and Caregiver Coaching
Our coaching sessions empower parents and caregivers to confidently support their child’s daily routines. We provide practical strategies and tools, working collaboratively with you to problem-solve and find solutions tailored to your child’s needs.
